Squeezebox Duet - Science experiment?: The Squeezebox Duet holds great promise, but at this point it is a science experiment. I have had XM Satellite radio for several years, and thought SB will be a wonderful step forward (XM programming leave much to be desired). I purchased my first Duet from Amazon about 45 days ago. The system would not install. Logitech customer support determined that the firmware was obsolete. A long and time consuming process led to replacing the unit. Except that the new unit had the same problem. This time Logitech... Enhance your entire home music system: I am so pleased with this system, which I bought about 6-8 months ago. I had a few snags trying to integrate it into my complex home theater system, but one call to customer support and they patiently walked me through my problems. In fact, slightly more detailed directions might have gotten me there, but I was impatient. Now I can play my iTunes music, Pandora radio, and other music services throughout the house with ease. I usually prefer to control the music right from my computer, but it's nice to have... should be recalled before problems are fixed: In February i received my first squeezebox duet hooked everything up according to instructions, well it would not connect to wireless network and did not connect hard wired,after talking to customer service for 2 hours we were told to contact delink customer service to open certain ports, after 1-2houers with delink customer service still no open ports and no connection for the squeezebox. Well, i told my girlfriend lets just try it tomorrow, tomorrow came and the squeezebox was magically connected. now I...
